I will be available to show the home, and I will assist you with the offer and contract negotiations.
Contract & Negotiation
Once an offer is made, my job gets more technical. Contracts are long and detailed, and my job is to help sellers understand the document, as well as negotiate for the best possible conditions. Price, escrow amounts, inspection periods, included items in the sale, a home warranty plan, and even closing dates are all on the table for negotiation.
A big part of my job is to manage the process on behalf of my clients. Selling a property can be stressful. Paying a professional reduces the stress, and helps clients stay positive and keep perspective when problems arise. Having a neutral party with experience, like your agent, will help facilitate the best way to handle the situation. The goal is to get to a successful closing and having an agent greatly increases the chances of this happening.
